The members of the board would like to introduce themselves to you and give you a little background information. We hope that you will take time to come and introduce yourself to us before or after an event so that we can make your aquaintance as well. We are always ready to talk to someone about the facts of creation!

John N. Johnson, has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley. He has retired from the Boeing Company where he was a mathematician developing computer algorithms for navigation, guidance and control for 31 years. He has also taught academic classes for over 20 years in creation science and Biblical archaeology, and has defended creation science in five college debates with evolutionist faculty as well as radio programs.

Bruce is a retired instrumentation engineer with degrees in Meteorology and Theology. He currently serves on the Pastoral Care Team at New Heart Worship Center, Auburn, WA, and teaches classes in creation vs. evolution, Bible archaeology, apologetics, and other subjects. He is available as a speaker on a variety of topics relating to creation.

Bill Marshaleck has a bachelors degree in Mathematics - Computer Science from UCLA. He is currently a Systems Analyst - Computing with The Boeing Company. His interests include Astronomy and the Creation / Evolution debate.

Loren Nelson has a B. A. degree with a science major from Warner Pacific College, and an M.A. degree in Theology from Anderson University School of Theology. He spent several years in pastoral ministry, and is a retired engineer from King County Roads Dept. & Plat processing. Loren has been a board member of CAPS for over 15 years, and serves as the Membership Chair and field trip coordinator.

Kevin Tucker has a B.S. in Computer Science from Seattle Pacific University, and has been employed as a computer engineer for the past 2 years at Birdstep Technology, Inc. He is a member of the Fairview Church and his children attend the Fairview Christian School. He’s involved with the elder board and is leading the church’s technology ministry. He’s been a part of the CAPS board for a number of years, assisting with the membership tracking duties and developed a database for maintaining that information.  He is the current webmaster of the CAPS section of the NWCreation website.
